Clawberry was built from the ground up with privacy as its core feature. When you use the Clawberry device, your interactions, system prompts, chat history, and contextual memory files remain 100% local to your device and your home network.

2. What We Collect

Hardware Operations: We do not track, store, monitor, or intercept any data passing through your Clawberry gateway. We have no access to your API keys, your chat logs, or your automated cron jobs.

Website & Orders: If you purchase a device through our website, we collect necessary information to process and ship your order (Name, Email, Shipping Address, Payment Details via our secure processors like Stripe or Solana Pay).

3. Third-Party Data Transmission

Because Clawberry acts as an API gateway, the text prompts you submit are securely transmitted over HTTPS directly to the third-party AI provider you have configured (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic) for the sole purpose of generating a response. You are subject to the privacy policies of those specific third-party API providers when making inferences.We highly recommend using OpenRouter with zero-data-retention models if privacy is your ultimate goal.

4. Cookies and Web Tracking

Our promotional website (where you place orders) uses basic analytics to track aggregate traffic and conversion rates. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
