1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Clawberry hardware device and the pre-installed OpenClaw software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. The Product

Clawberry provides custom-configured hardware (such as modified Raspberry Pi devices) pre-installed with the open-source OpenClaw AI gateway software. Once purchased, you own the hardware outright. We do not charge recurring subscription fees for the basic operation of the hardware or the pre-installed software.

3. Third-Party Services and API Costs

The OpenClaw software requires connections to third-party APIs (e.g., OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI) to function as intended.You are solely responsible for creating your own accounts, obtaining your own API keys, and paying any associated costs, fees, or charges incurred by your use of these third-party services. Clawberry is not liable for any API overages, account suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

4. Warranty and Liability

The Clawberry device and the open-source software provided are distributed "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall Clawberry, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the device.

5. Open Source Software

The software running on the device (OpenClaw) is open-source and governed by its respective licenses. Clawberry does not claim ownership over the OpenClaw codebase.
